Wojewódzkie obchody Święta Policji w Gdańsku
Wojewódzkie Obchody Święta Policji już dziś – w Gdańsku oprócz uroczystej akademii będą też pokazy sprzęty używanego przez funkcjonariuszy oraz ich umiejętności.
Święto Policji przypada w rocznicę powołania w 1919 roku polskiej Policji Państwowej. Z reguły jest okazją do wręczenia odznaczeń i aktów mianowania na wyższe stopnie czy stanowiska. Tak też będzie dzisiaj w Gdańsku, gdzie obchody rozpoczną się o 10:00 Mszą św. w Bazylice Mariackiej. Następnie policjanci przejdą od Dworu Artusa na Ołowiankę gdzie w południe zaplanowano uroczysty apel. Zaraz po ceremonii gdańscy antyterroryści razem z funkcjonariuszami ze Straży Granicznej zaprezentują na Motławie pokaz swoich umiejętności.
Dodatkową atrakcją będzie wykorzystanie do pokazu śmigłowca. Będzie też prezentacja policyjnego sprzętu – będzie można m.in. zrobić sobie zdjęcie na policyjnym motocyklu, zobaczyć robota pirotechników, wykonać odbitki linii papilarnych i zmierzyć się ze swoimi siłami w alkogoglach.
