Przyjdź, nie wahaj się, jesteś naprawdę potrzebny. Zachęca Regionalne Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa w Gdańsku.
Każdy Dawca ratuje komuś życie – podkreślono w apelu na stronie internetowej Centrum. Na bieżąco jest tam aktualizowana informacja o stanie zapasów krwi poszczególnych grup. Zestawienie jest w tej chwili w większości w kolorze czerwonym – co oznacza że w szpitalach krwi brakuje. Dotyczy to obu grup O i A, a także AB Rh minus. Możesz oddać krew, jeśli jesteś w wieku od 18 do 65 roku życia i ważysz co najmniej 50 kilogramów. Krew w organizmie ulega ciągłej wymianie, niezależnie od tego czy jesteś dawcą czy nie. Pamiętaj, że oddanie krwi nie powoduje większego jej wytwarzania – informuje Regionalne Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa w Gdańsku.
By pomóc w trudnym wakacyjnym okresie, gdy zapotrzebowanie rośnie a liczba dawców maleje, należy przyjść do terenowych oddziałów krwiodawstwa zlokalizowanych zwykle przy szpitalach. Można też wziąć udział w zbiórce organizowanej przy pomocy ambulansów. W ten weekend odbędą się one w Rumi, Kwidzynie, Luzinie, w następnych dniach w Gdańsku, Sopocie i Gdyni – szczegółowy harmonogram znaleźć można na stronie internetowej krew.gda.pl. Stałym przystankiem ambulansu do końca sierpnia będzie Gdynia – będzie parkował w każdy czwartek przed Urzędem Miasta przy al. Piłsudskiego – od 09:00 do 13:30.
