300 milionów złotych na rozwój szkolnictwa zawodowego
Samorząd województwa pomorskiego przeznaczył 294 mln złotych na rozwój szkolnictwa zawodowego. To środki unijne na „Kształtowanie sieci ponadgimnazjalnych szkół zawodowych, uwzględniającej potrzeby rynku pracy”.
Uchwały zarządu województwa w tej sprawie odbiorą dziś przedstawiciele organów prowadzących szkoły zawodowe, które uczestniczyły w otwartym konkursie zorganizowanym przez Urząd Marszałkowski w Gdańsku. Wartość wszystkich projektów opiewa na 333 miliony złotych, zaś unijne wsparcie to 294 miliony – 85 mln pochodzi z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego oraz 209 mln z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego.
Dzięki tym środkom możliwe będzie m. in. wsparcie uczniów szkół zawodowych – pomoc ta obejmuje płatne staże i praktyki zawodowe realizowane u pracodawców, kursy kwalifikacyjne, dodatkowe zajęcia z języków obcych zawodowych, wizyty studyjne w zakładach pracy. Pieniądze te mają też wesprzeć nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu – mogą liczyć na staże u pracodawców czy studia podyplomowe.
Celem programu jest też włączanie pracodawców i środowiska akademickiego w proces kształcenia zawodowego, rozwój doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, doposażenie szkół zawodowych i modernizacja budynków, a także kształcenie ustawiczne osób dorosłych.
