215 mln euro na poprawę gospodarki energetycznej w gminach
215 mln euro będą miały do wydania pomorskie samorządy do 2020 roku na poprawę gospodarki energetycznej w swoich gminach.
– Na 60 gmin z Polski, które podpisały Porozumienie aż 1/3 pochodzi z Pomorza – mówi prezes WFOŚ w Gdańsku Danuta Grodzicka-Kozak.
O projektach i pomysłach rozwiano wczoraj podczas zorganizowanej przez Wojewódzki Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska konferencji „ Porozumienie Burmistrzów – Polityka dla zrównoważonej gospodarki energetycznej na szczeblu lokalnym”.
Porozumienie Burmistrzów to unijna inicjatywy skupiająca ponad 6 tysięcy samorządów z całej Europy. Ich głównym celem jest ograniczenie o 20% emisji gazów cieplarnianych do 2020 roku. Na Pomorzu już ponad 80 ze 123 gmin przygotowało potrzebne do pozyskania środków unijnych plany gospodarki niskoemisyjnej. Planują przede wszystkim termomodernizacje budynków, zmiany oświetlenia i transportu na bardziej ekologiczny, a także wymianę źródeł ciepła i rozbudowę miejskich sieci ciepłowniczych. – Tak jest między innymi w Kościerzynie – opisuje szefowa Wydziału Rozwoju Ewa Chmielecka.
16 procent środków z Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego dla województwa pomorskiego ma być przeznaczone na działania energetyczne. Pierwsze wnioski dotyczące termomodernizacji samorządy złożyły już w tym roku w styczniu.
