To efekt wspólnej akcji miejscowego Zespołu Szkół oraz Stowarzyszenia ”Amor Omnia Vincit” ze Starogardu Gdańskiego. Po owoce mogą zgłosić wszyscy potrzebujący. Jabłka oddane zostaną w bezzwrotnych skrzynkach, po 10 kg każda. Akcja rozpocznie się o godzinie 13.00 w szkole. Dyrektor szkoły potwierdza, że owoce są dobrego gatunku i dobrej jakości.
– Będą to owoce, których z powodu rosyjskiego embarga nie sprzedali polscy sadownicy – Robert Zochniak, dyrektor ZS1.
Podobnych akcji na Pomorzu i w ościennych województwach będzie więcej. Jabłka będą rozdawane aż do końca czerwca. Starogardzkie Stowarzyszenie rozprowadziło w ten sposób 4 mln kilogramów jabłek.
