Żywność ekologiczna z Kaszub najlepsza!
Żywność ekologiczna z Kaszub zdobywa coraz większe uznanie w Polsce i na świecie. Na VI Międzynarodowych Targach Żywności Ekologicznej i Tradycyjnej NATURA FOOD w Łodzi główną nagrodę otrzymała firma Fungopol z Brus za „mus z owoców bzu czarnego”. Na targach kaszubskie firmy prezentowały również nalewki, marynaty, konfitury, syropy i przetwory zapomniane jak choćby z pigwy czy sosny. Produkty aby być ekologicznymi musiały uzyskać specjalny certyfikat – mówi dyrektor firmy Robert Skórczewski. Dodajmy, że Międzynarodowe Targi Żywności Ekologicznej i Tradycyjnej NATURA FOOD w Łodzi są największą imprezą branżową w Polsce poświęconą bioproduktom, ekożywności oraz producentom lokalnym i tradycyjnym.
