Zwiększa się liczba mieszkańców powiatu wejherowskiego
Zwiększa się liczba mieszkańców powiatu wejherowskiego i według prognoz dalej tak będzie. W Małym Trójmieście Kaszubskim najpopularniejsza jest Rumia.
– Prognozy GUS są w tej kwestii optymistyczne, samorząd musi im sprostać – mówi wejherowska starosta Gabriela Lisius.
W ciągu ostatnich 20 lat liczba mieszkańców powiatu zwiększyła się o 50 tysięcy – czyli do 213 tysięcy. W Małym Trójmieście Kaszubskim pod względem wzrastającej liczby mieszkańców przoduje Rumia. W ubiegłym roku zameldowało się tam 155 osób – wyjaśniał burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny. W Rumi przybyło ostatnio cudzoziemców. Do wzrostu liczby mieszkańców przyczynia się też dodatni przyrost naturalny.
