Zmiany w ustawie o prawach konsumenta
Wydłużenie terminu na odstąpienie od umowy, więcej praw przy reklamacji wadliwego towaru, ograniczenia dla telemarketerów. To niektóre zmiany, które wprowadziła ustawa o prawach konsumenta. Przepisy weszły w życie 25 grudnia.

Nowa ustawa m. in. znacznie rozszerza obowiązki informacyjne przedsiębiorców – chodzi o to by konsument wiedział o wszelkich kosztach i zobowiązaniach, jakie wiążą się z podpisaniem umowy i kupnem danego towaru. Sprzedawcy będą też musieli bardzo wyraźnie poinformować kupujących o prawach, jakie im przysługują, jeśli chodzi o odstąpienie od umowy czy reklamację wadliwego towaru. – Wśród zmian dotyczących handlu elektronicznego warto podkreślić wydłużenie terminu odstąpienia od umowy, podkreśla Agnieszka Jaczyńska z Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Składając reklamację konsument będzie miał do wyboru cztery opcje – dodaje Ana Janowska z UOKiK. Będzie mógł żądać od sprzedawcy wymiany towaru, jego naprawy, obniżenia ceny i – gdy wada jest istotna – odstąpienia od umowy czyli zwrotu pieniędzy. Skończyło się natomiast zawieranie umów tylko przez telefon. Jeśli przedsiębiorca w trakcie rozmowy telefonicznej proponuje zawarcie umowy, musi potwierdzić jej treść na papierze lub innym trwałym nośniku, np. poprzez e-mail. Ze zmianami w przepisach można się zapoznać m.in. na stronie internetowej utworzonej przez UOKiK – pod adresem: prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
