Zmarł Alojzy Szablewski – działacz „Solidarności” Stoczni Gdańskiej
Zmarł Alojzy Szablewski, zasłużony działacz „Solidarności” Stoczni Gdańskiej. Miał 91 lat. W młodzieńczych latach brał udział w powstaniu warszawskim jako żołnierz Armii Krajowej. Z wykształcenia inżynier, pracował prawie 40 lat w Stoczni Gdańskiej.
Tam był uczestnikiem protestów w grudniu ’70, czerwcu 1976 i w sierpniu 1980. Od listopada 1981 roku Szablewski był przewodniczącym Komisji Zakładowej Stoczni Gdańskiej, a w 1988 stanął na czele Komitetu Strajkowego. Odznaczony m.in. w 2006 roku Krzyżem Komandorskim z Gwiazdą Orderu Odrodzenia Polski.
