Zlikwidowali nielegalną fabrykę tytoniu
Funkcjonariusze pomorskiej Służby Celnej i CBŚ zlikwidowali nielegalną fabrykę tytoniu w Gdyni. Zatrzymany podczas akcji towar wart jest ponad pół miliona złotych.
Nielegalna fabryka znajdowała się na jednej z posesji w Gdyni. Funkcjonariusze na gorącym uczynku zatrzymali trzech mężczyzn, którzy akurat zajmowali się cięciem tytoniu. W pomieszczeniach znaleziono też ponad tonę krajanki tytoniowej oraz suszu przygotowanego do rozdrobnienia. Na miejscu nielegalnej produkcji zabezpieczono również samochód dostawczy. Mężczyznom za nielegalną produkcję krajanki tytoniowej grozi kara grzywny, ograniczenia wolności lub pozbawienia wolności. Gdyby nielegalny towar trafił na rynek, Skarb Państwa straciłby ponad pół mln zł z tytułu niezapłaconej akcyzy.
