Złamali przepisy na oczach 40 policjantów drogówki – dwóch kierowców w Gdańsku, jeden z nich był pijany.
Do zdarzenia doszło w trakcie konkursu „Policjant Ruchu Drogowego”, podczas konkurencji kierowania ruchem na skrzyżowaniu. Zorganizowano ją na przecięciu ulic Budowlanych i Słowackiego w Gdańsku. Widok 40 mundurowych nie zrobił wrażenia na kierowcach, którzy wyjechali z pobliskiego parkingu supermarketu, nie stosując się do obowiązującego w tym miejscu znaku zakazu wjazdu. Policjanci zatrzymali ich do kontroli. 50-letni mieszkaniec Sopotu został ukarany mandatem. 48-latek z Pruszcza Gdańskiego został zatrzymany gdy policjanci wyczuli odeń alkohol – alkomat zaś wykazał 2 promile alkoholu. Grozi mu do 2 lat więzienia.
Dodam, że w zakończonym w Gdańsku dwudniowym konkursie na policjanta ruchu drogowego 2016 najlepszy okazał się Michał Konkol z gdańskiej drogówki. Będzie reprezentował nasze województwo na ogólnopolskim finale razem z Karolem Kwiatkowskim z komendy powiatowej w Sztumie, który zajął drugie miejsce.
