Zatrzymali rodzinną grupę oszustów wyłudzających mieszkania
Rodzinną grupę oszustów z Gdyni wyłudzających mieszkania zatrzymali gdańscy policjanci. Część podejrzanych trafiła już do aresztu.
Sprawcy za udzieloną pożyczkę żądali podpisania umowy kupna – sprzedaży lokalu, którego właścicielami byli pożyczkobiorcy. Skutkiem tych działań było przejmowanie mieszkań. Do przestępstw dochodziło na terenie województwa pomorskiego. Oszustów wytropiła grupa policjantów utworzona do wyjaśnienia tej sprawy przez Komendanta Wojewódzkiego w Gdańsku. 5 osób zatrzymano, gdy w jednym z banków w Gdyni chcieli wyłudzić kredyt na podstawie podrobionego zaświadczenia o zatrudnieniu.
Na grupę składała się rodzina z Gdyni: rodzice i ich 34-letni syn oraz dwoje mieszkańców Gdyni: 40 latek i kobieta w wieku 41. lat. Wszyscy odpowiedzą za usiłowanie wyłudzenia kredytu w wysokości 40 tys. zł, a jednemu z zatrzymanych postawiono zarzuty popełnienia oszustw, w trakcie których wyłudzał od pokrzywdzonych ich mieszkania. Czterech podejrzanych trafiło do aresztu, wobec jednej osoby zastosowano policyjny dozór. W zainteresowaniu Policji i Prokuratury zostają również kancelarie, w których podpisywane były akty notarialne.
