Zarzut rozboju dla podejrzanych w sprawie pobicia księdza z Kąpina
Zarzut rozboju postawiono dwóm podejrzanym w sprawie pobicia księdza z Kąpina w gminie Wejherowo. To dwaj młodzi mężczyźni – w wieku 19 i 21 lat z powiatu wejherowskiego.
– Uznano, że działali wspólnie i w porozumieniu, posługując się niebezpiecznymi przedmiotami grozili mu i pobili – opisuje Tatiana Paszkiewicz z wejherowskiej prokuratury.
W ubiegłym tygodniu w środę mieli pobić proboszcza, wczoraj zostali przesłuchani. Ich łupem padło mienie o łącznej wartości 33 tysięcy złotych. Wczoraj obaj podejrzani złożyli obszerne wyjaśnienia, jeden przyznał się do winy. Prokuratura skierowała wniosek o aresztowanie podejrzanych na 3 miesiące. Grozi im kara co najmniej 3 lat więzienia.
