Zamiast świętować – pielęgniarki mówią o swoich postulatach
Przede wszystkim podwyżek pielęgniarkom i położnym w dniu ich święta życzy większość pacjentów. O pielęgniarskich postulatach usłyszeli dzisiaj podczas happeningu przed szpitalem w Kościerzynie, zorganizowanego przez pomorski Komitet Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych.
– Uczestnicy z transparentami o godności pracy i bezpieczeństwie pacjenta przedstawili swoje żądania: podwyżka płac o 1500 złotych w ciągu trzech najbliższych lat, negocjacje stawek godzinowych i likwidacja dyżurów jednoosobowych – mówiła Alicja Sierzputowska, szefowa związku pielęgniarek w szpitalu w Kościerzynie.
Komitet Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych przedstawił już w lutym swoje postulaty samorządowcom w Urzędzie Marszałkowskim w Gdańsku. Kolejne spotkanie w tej sprawie ma odbyć się 18 maja. Jeśli rozmowy nie przyniosą porozumienia pielęgniarki zapowiadają zaostrzenie protestu i odejście od łóżek pacjentów.
