Zamelduj się w Gdyni, a otrzymasz „Pakiet powitalny”
W Gdyni każdy nowo zameldowany mieszkaniec będzie otrzymywał pakiet powitalny od miasta. Wśród prezentów są m.in. karnety do Muzeum Miasta Gdyni, Centrum Experyment, Gdyńskiego Centrum Filmowego czy na mecz Arki Gdynia. Pakiety mają umożliwić nowym mieszkańcom poznanie urody i historii miasta. – A my chcemy przypomnieć jak ważne jest dopełnienie formalności po przeprowadzce – mówi prezydent Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek. Informacja o dokładnej liczbie mieszkańców nie tylko umożliwia prognozowanie potrzeb miasta. Wpływa także na ilość pieniędzy, którymi dysponują dzielnice – w oparciu o budżet obywatelski czy możliwości Rad Dzielnic. Budżet dla nich jest wyliczany właśnie na podstawie liczby osób zameldowanych w dzielnicach. Proces meldunku zajmuje kilka minut. W Gdyni można tych formalności dopełnić także w soboty od 08:00 do 14:00 oraz we wszystkie dni tygodnia za pośrednictwem platformy ePUAP. Osoby nowo meldujące się poprzez internet, pakiet powitalny otrzymają pocztą.
