Zakończyli poszukiwania partnerów do rewitalizacji starówki
W Wejherowie wielu chętnych do odświeżenia swoich kamienic, ale nikłe było zainteresowanie organizacji pozarządowych. Zakończono tam poszukiwania partnerów do rewitalizacji miejskiego śródmieścia.
– To wynik nasycenia tych podmiotów ofertami dotacyjnymi – ocenia wiceprezydent Wejherowa Beata Rutkiewicz.
Po sięgające nawet 180 tysięcy złotych dofinansowania na odnowę budynków i zagospodarowanie podwórek zgłosiły się 24 wspólnoty mieszkaniowe i 6 spółdzielni. Natomiast z puli na rewitalizację życia społecznego chce skorzystać tylko jedna organizacja. Na wiosnę w Wejherowie ruszy jedna z największych inwestycji w planie rewitalizacji – będzie to modernizacja parku miejskiego. W tegorocznym budżecie Wejherowa na rewitalizację śródmieścia zabezpieczono łącznie 16 milionów złotych – 12 mln zł na inwestycje i 4 mln zł na miękkie projekty prospołeczne.
