Zakończył się sezon nauki pływania nad jeziorem Gałęźnym
114 osób skorzystało w tym roku z bezpłatnych lekcji pływania nad jeziorem Gałęźnym w Kościerzynie. 34-ech z nich odebrało wczoraj karty pływackie, a wszyscy wspólnie wzięli udział w maratonie pływackim kończącym tegoroczny sezon nauki nad jeziorem.
Zajęcia odbywały się codziennie przez ostatnie dwa miesiące. Najmłodszy uczestnik miał 6 lat a najstarszy 73. Często były to całe rodziny, jak ta – pani Małgorzaty Brunka. Wakacyjne kursy pływania dwadzieścia lat temu zainicjowała Gdańska Wzorcowa Drużyna WOPR, ostatnio tę tradycję kontynuują wychowankowie jej założyciela Romualda Wołodźki przy wsparciu kościerskiego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji. Wołodźko zmarł 2 lata temu, jego imię nosi teraz park wokół jeziora Gałęźnego.
