Kaszubskie Muzeum Etnograficzne we Wdzydzach dzięki głosom internautów może stać się jednym z siedmiu Nowych Cudów Polski. Ruszyła 5. edycja tego plebiscytu organizowanego przez miesięcznik National Geographic Traveler.

W głosowaniu bierze udział 16 najciekawszych i najatrakcyjniejszych miejsc w Polsce nominowanych przez redakcję miesięcznika. O zwycięstwie zdecyduje liczba głosów oddanych do 22 września przez internautów. Na razie prym w rankingu wiodą Pałac Potockich w Radzyniu Podlaskim, Kościół Pokoju w Świdnicy i Bazylika w Nysie. Jedynym nominowanym z Kaszub miejscem jest Kaszubski Park Etnograficzny we Wdzydzach, który obecnie w głosowaniu zajmuje 5 miejsce. Odwiedzają go co roku tysiące turystów, którzy podziwiać mogą na 22 hektarach terenu dawne życie na Kaszubach i Kociewiu.
Muzeum we Wdzydzach jest żywą lekcją historii, gdzie można nauczyć się sztuki garncarstwa, malowania na szkle, a także wyszywania czy śpiewania po kaszubsku. Na Kaszubskie Muzeum głosować można na stronie internetowej konkursu 7 Nowych Cudów Polski.
