Do zrobienia sobie „Letniego Selfie z Mistrzem” zachęcają organizatorzy wakacyjnej akcji poświęconej Aleksandrowi Majkowskiemu.
– Chodzi o to by zrobić sobie zdjęcie z tablicą z jego nazwiskiem w tle – wyjaśniał dyrektor Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej Tomasz Fopke.
W 80 lat od jego śmierci o autorze kaszubskiej epopei przypominają w ten sposób Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna w Wejherowie – której Majkowski jest patronem – oraz wejherowskie muzeum. Dodaje, że akcja skierowana jest zarówno do mieszkańców Kaszub jak i turystów, niezależnie od wieku.
