Apel skierowany jest do wszystkich mieszkańców gminy, którzy czują się seniorami. To nowy projekt, który ma za zadanie z jednej strony zaktywizować osoby w podeszłym wieku, a z drugiej strony stworzyć głos doradczy gminy. Przyszli radni – seniorzy zostaną wybrani w wyborach, jednak liczba reprezentantów poszczególnych sołectw jak i samo powodzenie akcji zależy w dużej mierze od zainteresowania mieszkańców. To kolejna – po inicjatywie w Kowalach – próba aktywizacji seniorów.
Chętni do działania w powstającej w gminie Kolbudy Radzie Seniorów mogą się zgłaszać do radnych bądź sołtysów.
