Mężczyzna który zabił swoją 5-letnią córkę powinien był leczony w zakładzie zamkniętym – wynika z drugiej ekspertyzy biegłych.
Sprawa ma swój początek w połowie kwietnia tego roku, gdy w parku w Gdańsku-Brzeźnie znaleziono ciało dziewczynki. 5-latka została pobita na śmierć. 31-letni ojciec został zatrzymany w kilka godzin po znalezieniu zwłok dziecka, był pod wpływem marihuany oraz środków uspokajających. Mężczyzna przyznał się do zabójstwa, przebywa w areszcie. W pierwszej opinii biegli uznali go za niepoczytalnego, ale uznali że może być leczony na wolności. Prowadząca śledztwo w tej sprawie Prokuratura Rejonowa Gdańsk-Oliwa wystąpiła o opinię do innego zespołu biegłych, którą właśnie otrzymała. Tak jak ich poprzednicy biegli orzekli że 31-latek w chwili popełnienia czynu był niepoczytalny. Stwierdzili jednak, że mężczyzna powinien być poddany leczeniu w zakładzie zamkniętym. Decyzja o zakończenia postępowania przygotowawczego ma zapaść w najbliższym czasie.
