Władze gminy Stężyca rozmawiały już z nauczycielami w tej sprawie. Rozwiązaniem może być przekwalifikowanie się np. do pracy w szkołach średnich. Według wyliczeń Związku Nauczycielstwa Polskiego w całym kraju pracę może stracić nawet 45 tysięcy nauczycieli.
