Z nową ofertą pomocy prawnej wychodzi KIR w Kościerzynie
Spotkania w gminach z prawnikiem, wyjścia do sądu dla młodzieży i pomoc seniorom – o taką działalność swoją ofertę rozszerza Bezpłatny Punkt Porad Prawnych w Kościerzynie.
– Kolejną ofertę kierujemy do młodzieży i seniorów – zapowiada prezes KIR Katarzyna Knopik.
Już po raz trzeci organizuje go Kaszubski Instytut Rozwoju. Kościerski punkt działa w ramach ogólnopolskiej sieci stworzonej przez Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości. Z pomocy trzech prawników można skorzystać w Kościerzynie w biurze przy Świętojańskiej 5. Od tego roku oferta będzie skierowana również do mieszkańców terenów wiejskich. Konsultacje będą udzielane w gminach podopiecznym Ośrodków Pomocy Społecznej. Bezpłatny Punkt Porad Prawnych działa w byłej siedzibie Poradni Psychologiczno-Pedagogicznej w Kościerzynie. Z darmowej konsultacji mogą korzystać seniorzy i osoby do 26 roku życia, osoby posiadające Kartę Dużej Rodziny, kombatanci, weterani oraz zagrożeni lub poszkodowani katastrofą naturalną i korzystający z pomocy społecznej.
