Więcej przedszkolaków uczy się kaszubskiego
Trzykrotnie w ostatnich latach wzrosła liczba przedszkolaków uczących się języka kaszubskiego. Dzisiaj obchodzimy Światowy Dzień Przedszkolaka. Święto ma na celu przede wszystkim propagowanie nowoczesnego wychowania przedszkolnego i dostarczenie dzieciom kolejnych okazji do świętowania, wesołej zabawy i czerpania radości z bycia przedszkolakiem. Na Kaszubach jak dotychczas nie ma dwujęzycznych polsko-kaszubskich przedszkoli, a naszego języka dzieci uczą się w wymiarze jednej godziny tygodniowo. Tak jest w kilkunastu przedszkolach. Jeszcze w 2010 roku kaszubskiego uczyło się jedynie 190 dzieci, obecnie to już trzy razy więcej. My odwiedziliśmy przedszkole Smyki w Bytowie. Na Kaszubach trwa realizacja projektu Cudowny Świat Kaszubskiego Przedszkolaka. W jego ramach odbywają się szkolenia z języka kaszubskiego dla nauczycieli uczących w przedszkolach. W listopadzie odbędzie się również konferencja dla samorządowców.
