Wzrosła liczba osób bezdomnych w Wejherowie
Wzrosła liczba osób bezdomnych w Wejherowie. Spisano ich w sumie 14, a podczas spisu dwa lata temu osób bez dachu nad głową naliczono 10. Pustostany przeczesywali mundurowi i pracownicy MOPS w nocy z 8 na 9 lutego – w ramach ogólnopolskiej akcji.
Rewir na północ od torów kolejowych pracownicy opieki społecznej sprawdzali w towarzystwie policjantów – napotkali 4 bezdomnych. Na południe od torów aż do ulicy Marynarki Wojennej przedstawicieli MOPS wybrali się w teren ze strażnikami miejskimi – spisano tam 9 osób. Z każdym przeprowadzono wywiad do kwestionariusza, każdemu proponowano też pobyt w schronisku dla bezdomnych. Zgodę na pobyt wyraziła jedna osoba – informuje wejherowska Straż Miejska. Z 14 osób przebywających w Wejherowie dwie przyjechały tu na noc z Gdańska i spędzały ją na dworcu PKP.
