Wystartował program „Mieszkanie dla Młodych”. Od pierwszego stycznia można się starać o kredyt, do którego dopłaca państwo. Skorzystać z niego mogą osoby które nie skończyły 35 lat, mogą to być małżeństwa, samotni rodzice, a nawet single. Program ma im pomóc w zakupie pierwszego, nowego mieszkania bądź kupna czy budowy domu jednorodzinnego. Pomoc będzie polegać na dofinansowaniu wkładu własnego. To idealna odpowiedź na potrzeby rynku – ocenia Julia Łyszkiewicz z firmy deweloperskiej Ekoland SA. Osoba samotna lub rodzina otrzyma jednorazowo 10% wkładu własnego niezbędnego do otrzymania kredytu. Jeśli będzie miała przynajmniej jedno dziecko to wsparcie będzie większe o 5%, i jeszcze wzrośnie o kolejne 5% jeśli w ciągu pięciu lat przyjdzie na świat kolejne dziecko. Rządowy program program obejmuje tylko nieruchomości z rynku pierwotnego, co – według niektórych – jest niesprawiedliwe. Dodatkowo, zakupione mieszkanie nie może być większe niż 75 metrów, a dom nie może przekroczyć powierzchni 100 metrów – przy czym opłata obejmie jedynie 50 metrów kwadratowych. Rządowy program „Mieszkania dla młodych” ma obowiązywać przez pięć lat.
