Wycięli nielegalnie kilkanaście sosen starszych niż 10 lat
Kilkanaście sosen wycięli dwaj mieszkańcy Wejherowa – nielegalnie, bo drzewa były starsze niż 10 lat.
– Mimo że żaden ze sprawców nie był świadomy łamania prawa, obu czekają poważne konsekwencje – informuje komendant Straży Miejskiej Zenon Hinca.
Odkryła to straż miejska podczas corocznych kontroli sanitarno – porządkowych. Pierwszy Wejherowianin usunął sosny ze swojej posesji, drugi wyciął drzewa w okolicy swojego domu. Bo, jak się tłumaczył, zasłaniały mu słońce. Sprawę skierowano do Wydziału Inwestycji Gospodarki Komunalnej i Ochrony Środowiska Urzędu Miejskiego w Wejherowie. Na prywatnej posesji bez można konsekwencji wyciąć tylko krzewy, drzewa owocowe i te młodsze niż 10-letnie.
