Wraca temat odrestaurowania starej lokomotywy niszczejącej na kolejowej bocznicy w Kartuzach. Idea ta po raz pierwszy pojawiła się kilka lat temu.
W skład tej przyszłej atrakcji turystycznej miałyby jeszcze wejść zabytkowe włoskie wagony szpitalne z czasów I Wojny Światowej, obrotnica i nastawnia. Samorząd zabezpieczył 34 tysiące złotych na wykup lokomotywy i oszacowanie kosztów odrestaurowania maszyny – mówi burmistrz Grzegorz Gołuński. Niestety jeden z wagonów szpitalnych jest już mocno uszkodzony, i jego odrestaurowanie będzie praktycznie niemożliwe.
