Wraca sprawa zamknięcia oddziału przedszkolnego w Tuszkowach
Wraca głośna sprawa zamknięcia oddziału przedszkolnego w małej szkole w Tuszkowach w gminie Lipusz. Wojewoda pomorski unieważnił podjętą w tej sprawie uchwałę rady gminy, a lipuski samorząd zaskarżył tę decyzję do sądu administracyjnego.
Ze względu na małą liczbę dzieci w lutym rada gminy w Lipuszu postanowiła zamknąć oddział przedszkolny w Tuszkowach. Dla rodziców oznaczało to początek końca ich małej szkoły liczącej 22 uczniów. Po głośnym proteście nauczycieli i rodziców, szkołę odwiedził wicewojewoda pomorski Mariusz Łuczyk. To dzięki jego interwencji okazało się, że uchwała rady gminy została podjęta bez odpowiednich konsultacji. Wicewojewoda ponownie odwiedził szkołę w ostatni piątek.
Z tą decyzją nie zgadza się wójt gminy Lipusz Mirosław Ebertowski, który zaskarżył ją do Wojewódzkiego Sądu Administracyjnego. Sąd Administracyjny powinien rozpatrzyć skargę gminy Lipusz w ciągu 30 dni od wpłynięcia wniosku.
