Wołowina ma być szansą dla Pomorza
Do Kościerzyny zjadą w przyszły czwartek hodowcy bydła mięsnego oraz rolnicy planujący rozpoczęcie produkcji wysokiej jakości wołowiny – na konferencję „Wołowina szansą dla Pomorza”.
Omawiane będą m.in. plany działania Grupy Producentów Rolnych „Wołowina Pomorska” i zasady wstąpienia do niej. Będzie dyskusja o aktualnościach w hodowli oraz o szansach na unijne dofinansowanie z nowego Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich.
– Nasi hodowcy na przestrzeni ostatnich 20-u lat wykonali kolosalną pracę, dzięki której wołowina z Polski trafia na wymagające rynki, np. we Francji czy Wielkiej Brytanii – mówi Aleksander Mach.
Dyrektor Pomorskiego Ośrodka Doradztwa Rolniczego, jeden z organizatorów konferencji w Kościerzynie dodaje, że ta branża dynamicznie się rozwija, a ponad 80% produkcji wołowiny trafia na eksport. O dalszych możliwościach rozwoju produkcji wołowiny na Pomorzu rolnicy rozmawiać będą z ekspertami 04 lutego w Kościerzynie. Konferencja odbędzie się w sali im. Lubomira Szopińskiego, początek o godzinie 10:00.
