Wnioski o świadczenie 500 plus dostępne w Stężycy
W Stężycy zachęcają do zapoznawania się z wnioskami o przyznanie świadczenia 500 plus. Druki są już dostępne w Urzędzie Gminy.
Nabór wniosków o świadczenie wychowawcze ruszy 01-go kwietnia. 500 złotych na drugie i każde kolejne dziecko otrzymają wszystkie rodziny, a te najbiedniejsze także na pierwsze. Formularz ma kilkanaście stron, można go już u nas pobrać by mieć czas na dokładne przestudiowanie – mówi wójt gminy Stężyca Tomasz Brzoskowski.
Wzór można pobrać także w wersji elektronicznej ze strony Ministerstwa Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej. Resort zaznacza, że udostępnione druki dotyczące programu 500 plus są darmowe a wszelkie próby pobierania opłat za pobranie wniosku są wyłudzaniem pieniędzy, zwłaszcza poprzez płatne SMSy.
