Właściciele domków letniskowych chcą zalegalizowania ich nieruchomości
Ponad 40 właścicieli domków letniskowych z gminy Kościerzyna chce zalegalizowania swoich nieruchomości. Proszą władze gminy o przekształcenie ich działek rolno-leśnych na rekreacyjne.
To tereny wokół jezior Kramsko Duże i Kramsko Małe w Wąglikowicach. Letnicy przyjeżdżają tu wypoczywać od ponad 30 lat, jednak dopiero w tym roku otrzymali nakazy rozbiórki swoich domków, bo są to według prawa samowole budowlane. W ubiegły piątek kilkunastu właścicieli przyszło na sesję Rady Gminy Kościerzyna, by osobiście prosić władze o pomoc. Radni wraz z wójtem zapowiedzieli zorganizowanie kolejnego spotkania i pomoc letnikom z Wąglikowic. Według szacunków samorządu, w gminie Kościerzyna jest kilkaset samowoli budowlanych – głównie na terenach rekreacyjnych.
