Władze pomogą młodym w kupnie własnego „M”
Prezydent podpisał odpowiednią ustawę w tej sprawie. Z dopłat będą mogły skorzystać osoby do 35 roku życia, zarówno kupujące mieszkanie u dewelopera, jak i budujące dom. Pomoc panstwa ma polegać na dofinansowaniu wkładu własnego oraz spłacie części kredytu. Zgodnie z ustawą rodzina bezdzietna i singiel dostaną od państwa 10 proc. ceny mieszkania. Jeśli rodzina lub osoba samotna ma potomstwo, dofinansowanie wyniesie 15 proc. Jeżeli w ciągu pięciu lat od zakupu lokalu urodzi się trzecie bądź kolejne dziecko – można będzie liczyć na dodatkowe 5 proc. Dopłatą ma być objęte maksymalnie 50 m kw. mieszkania lub domu o powierzchni odpowiednio do: 75 m kw. i 100 m kw. Program Mieszkanie dla młodych ma ruszyć od stycznia 2014 r. i trwać 4 lata.
