Winda za 400 tysięcy złotych na razie nie działa
Z nowej windy w puckim magistracie petenci ani urzędnicy na razie nie skorzystają.
Winowajcą opóźnienia okazały się kable odkryte podczas budowy. Nowoczesna, cicha i oszklona z pięknym widokiem na zatokę – kosztująca 400 tysięcy złotych winda jest jednym z kluczowych elementów modernizacji puckiego Urzędu Miejskiego. Prace nad jej montażem rozpoczęły się jesienią ubiegłego roku i miały potrwać do końca grudnia, jednak w ich trakcie robotników spotkała niespodzianka. Kable odkryte w fundamentach podczas instalacji windy okazały się zagadką i wstrzymały prace na kilka tygodni.
– Fachowcy nie mogli ustalić dokąd przewody prowadzą, zachodziło podejrzenie że mogą być elementem zasilania miejskiej trafostacji lub szpitala – mówi wiceburmistrz Pucka, Lucyna Boike-Chmielińska.
W ubiegłym tygodniu elektrykom udało się założyć bypass na kablach, dzięki czemu możliwe było uruchomienie windy i uzyskanie odbioru technicznego. Pozwolenie na jej użytkowanie Powiatowy Inspektorat Nadzoru Budowlanego ma wydać pod koniec przyszłego tygodnia.
