Na kaszubską wigilię – ryby, suszone owoce i grzyby
Nie – barszcz, kutia i pierogi a właśnie ryby suszone owoce i grzyby to główne składniki wigilii na Kaszubach. Dzisiaj przyglądamy się naszym tradycyjnym potrawom. Na północy Kaszub są to oczywiście zupa rybna, a także węgorze i łososie. Inaczej jest na środkowych i południowych Kaszubach – tu na stole króluje karp i pstrąg oraz zupa grzybowa bądź brzadowa.
Wieczerza wigilijna i łamanie się opłatkiem upowszechniły się w naszym regionie dopiero sto lat temu pod wpływem Kościoła Katolickiego. Świąteczne kolacje były skromne. Najczęściej podawano zupę owocową czyli brzadową, śledzie solone w śmietanie i pulczi. Oraz ciasto czyli najczęściej makówc, feferkuch i młodzowi – wspomina w rozmowie z Piotrem Szycą – Zyta Górna ze stowarzyszenia kobiet ze Zgorzałego.
O zwyczajach kaszubskich będziemy również rozmawiać w święta. Na specjalne audycje zapraszamy 25 grudnia o godzinie 10 i 14 oraz 26 grudnia – o godzinie 12 i 16.
