Węzeł Zryw ma połączyć północną i południową część miasta
Węzeł Zryw ma połączyć północną i południową część Wejherowa i jest jednym z kluczowych elementów powstającego nowego układu drogowego. Jest też jedną z najkosztowniejszych inwestycji w historii miasta, dlatego włodarze zdecydowali wystąpić o środki z tzw. schetynówek tylko na ten projekt.
– Nie chcieliśmy rozpraszać środków na inne, mniejsze inwestycje – tłumaczy prezydent Wejherowa, Krzysztof Hildebrandt.
Wejherowo wyda 3 miliony złotych ze schetynówek na budowę Węzła Zryw. W 2016 roku budowana będzie ul. Patoka wraz z trzema rondami łącząca ul. Gryfa Pomorskiego z drogą krajową nr 6. W kolejnych latach powstaną tunele pod drogą krajową 6 i torami kolejowymi wraz z dojazdem do ul. Sikorskiego po południowej stronie miasta. – W ten sposób w ciągu kilku lat powstanie bezkolizyjne połączenie północ-południe we wschodniej części Wejherowa – tłumaczy Krzysztof Hildebrandt. Budowa Węzła Zryw będzie kosztować kilkadziesiąt milionów złotych.
