Wejherowscy radni podsumowali pierwszy rok siódmej kadencji
Budżet obywatelski i dobra atmosfera współpracy – to w ocenie radnych Wejherowa największe osiągnięcia pierwszego roku siódmej kadencji. Do poprawki w mieście wskazują przede wszystkim infrastrukturę drogową.
– W realizacji tych zadań pomogły dobre relacje między radnymi różnych opcji i konstruktywna współpraca – mówi przewodniczący wejherowskiej rady miejskiej Bogdan Tokłowicz.
Debiutujący w tym roku budżet obywatelski radni uznają za największy sukces ze względu na duże zainteresowanie i kreatywność Wejherowian, a także sprawną realizację – w pierwszej edycji nie oprotestowano żadnego projektu. Wśród osiągnięć zaliczają też inwestycje drogowe, m.in. modernizacje na Śmiechowie czy nowy parking przy Roszczynialskiego. Przed radnymi wciąż stoi wyzwanie usprawnienia ruchu drogowego w mieście i regularnie zakorkowanej krajowej 6. – To będzie priorytet w nadchodzących latach, rozwiąże go budowany Węzeł Zryw i Węzeł Kwiatowa – mówi radny Mateusz Schmidt. Dla 6 z 21 radnych siódma kadencja to debiut w wejherowskiej radzie miejskiej.
