WEJHEROWO: Zapowiadają kontrole targowisk i lasów
Nasilenie kontroli terenów leśnych i targowisk zapowiada wejherowska Straż Miejska. Apeluje do kupujących choinki by kupować drzewka tylko z legalnych źródeł. Strażnicy miejscy razem ze strażą leśną chcą ukrócić proceder wycinania przed świętami drzewek z lasu bez wymaganej zgody i zezwolenia. Patrole będą też na targowiskach i placach sprawdzać legalność sprzedaży choinek. Brak dokumentów na legalny handel może skończyć się mandatem karnym lub skierowaniem sprawy do sądu. Straż przypomina też, że kupujący ma prawo zażądać od sprzedającego dowodu pochodzenia oferowanych do sprzedaży choinek. Osoba która kupi drzewko z leśnictwa – otrzyma na to asygnatę. Osoby sprzedające drzewka choinkowe w ramach działalności gospodarczej powinni posiadać dokument na ich pochodzenie oraz wpis do działalności gospodarczej. Natomiast rolnicy powinni posiadać dokument potwierdzający, że posiadają plantację choinkową lub decyzję o wymiarze podatku.
