WEJHEROWO: Więcej kontroli przydomowych kotłowni
Nasilenie kontroli przydomowych kotłowni zapowiadają strażnicy miejscy w Wejherowie. W tym mieście uaktywnili się śmieciowi rabusie – kradną plastikowe odpady i palą nimi w piecach.
Strażnicy zapowiadają interwencje w odpowiedzi na skargi Wejherowian, którzy zauważyli znikanie wystawionych śmieci i którym sąsiedzi dosłownie – zatruwają życie. Funkcjonariusze straży miejskiej wiedzą już, z których kominów wydobywa się czarny i prawdopodobnie toksyczny dym i zapowiadają wieczorne kontrole. Jeśli okaże się, że w piecu spalane są śmieci lub plastiki, strażnik nałoży mandat karny do pół tysiąca złotych. Jeśli sprawa znajdzie swój finał w sądzie, grzywna może wynieść nawet 5 tysięcy złotych. Wyjaśniał komendant straży miejskiej w Wejherowie. Zenon Hinza zwraca uwagę, że w wyniku spalania m.in. odpadów z tworzyw sztucznych do atmosfery emitowane są rakotwórcze dioksyny. Przypomina też, że sąsiad na którego posesje w wyniku spalania śmieci trafia z komina rakotwórczy dym, może na drodze cywilnej pozwać truciciela do sądu i żądać od niego odszkodowania.
