We Władysławowie będzie bezpieczniej na Drodze Chłapowskiej – powstaje tam drugi odcinek chodnika. Ulica ta umożliwia dojazd do zachodniej części miasta od strony Pucka, Łebcza i Chłapowa bez konieczności przejeżdżania przez centrum – co jest sporym udogodnieniem zwłaszcza w sezonie letnim.
Droga Chłapowska jednak wąska i w większości nieoświetlona. To droga powiatowa, ale chodnik buduje gmina wspierana przez samorząd powiatu puckiego. Trakt dla pieszych powstaje etapami. W ubiegłym roku poprowadzono go od wojewódzkiej 216-ki do przejazdu kolejowego. Jego kontynuacją jest powstający odcinek do skrzyżowania z Drogą Swarzewską. Blisko 700 metrowy chodnik oświetlą 24 energooszczędne, LED-owe lampy. Prace powodują teraz lekkie utrudnienia w ruchu na Drodze Chłapowskiej, mają być zakończone w tym roku.
