W Wejherowie zakończono budowę kolejnej części „Węzła Zryw”
Powstał odcinek ulicy Patoka do Gryfa Pomorskiego wraz z dwoma rondami u zbiegu ulic: Patoka-Necla-Gryfa Pomorskiego oraz Stefczyka-Patoka. Dziś po południu mają oficjalnie zostać oddane do użytku. Zbudowano je przy dofinansowaniu z tzw. schetynówek, czyli Narodowego Programu Przebudowy Dróg Lokalnych.
Inwestycja w Śmiechowie to największy projekt drogowy w skali Wejherowa, ma udrożnić komunikację między południową a północną częścią miasta. Rozpoczęto ją od wykonania kanalizacji deszczowej w ulicy Gryfa Pomorskiego. W drugim etapie do pierwszego kwartału 2018 roku powstać ma ulica Patoka wraz z trzema rondami, łącząca Gryfa Pomorskiego i Necla z drogą krajową nr 6 oraz fragment ulicy Jaśminowej. W kolejnych latach, w miarę zabezpieczania kolejnych środków finansowych, powstanie najważniejszy element – czyli bezkolizyjny „Węzeł Zryw” na skrzyżowaniu z krajową szóstką. W sumie kosztem kilkudziesięciu milionów złotych powstanie prawie 6 km dróg, cztery ronda i dwa podziemne tunele.
