W Wejherowie trzeba zgłosić posiadanie azbestowych pokryć
Mieszkańcy Wejherowa posiadający eternit na dachu, muszą do końca marca zgłosić się do Urzędu Miasta. Jest to prawny obowiązek.
– Demontażu może dokonać tylko specjalna firma posiadająca zezwolenie” – dodaje Beata Rutkiewicz.
Wymagane dokumenty można pobrać ze strony internetowej Wejherowa lub pozyskać w siedzibie Urzędu Miasta przy ulicy 12 marca. Na usunięcie azbestu jest czas do 2023 r. Jeżeli jednak mieszkaniec będzie chciał zutylizować go jeszcze w tym roku – może ubiegać się o finansową pomoc. Azbest nie jest szkodliwy w stanie spoczynku. Niebezpieczny staje się w momencie pękania płyt w wyniku starości. Drażniący pył jest rakotwórczy.
