W Wejherowie budują rondo na drodze prowadzącej do szpitala
W Wejherowie rozpoczęto prace drogowe na ulicy prowadzącej do szpitala. Będą utrudnienia w ruchu. Na skrzyżowaniu Chopina z Nadrzeczną i Staromłyńską powstanie rondo. Drogowcy przebudują też ulicę Nadrzeczną – powstaną chodniki, kanalizacja deszczowa i nowe oświetlenie.
– Dla mieszkańców poprawi się komfort jazdy, dla wszystkich udających się do wejherowskiego szpitala oznacza to poprawę bezpieczeństwa w ruchu – mówi zastępca prezydenta Wejherowa Beata Rutkiewicz.
W czasie prac budowlanych co najmniej kilka razy zmieniana będzie tymczasowa organizacja ruchu. Wdrożono pierwszy etap. Ulica Chopina przez cały czas będzie przejezdna, prace mają potrwać do listopada. Budowa ronda na ulicy Chopina i modernizacja Nadrzecznej kosztują blisko 6 mln 700 tys zł. Większość pokryje miejski samorząd Wejherowa ze swojego budżetu, 2 mln zł dołoży powiat wejherowski.
