W szpitalu w Kościerzynie trwają negocjacje w sprawie zwolnień grupowych. Jest szansa, że jutro dojdzie do porozumienia związków zawodowych z zarządem placówki.
Chodzi o zwolnienie aż 233 osób. Zdaniem zarządu redukcja zatrudnienia pomoże w ratowaniu zadłużonej placówki. Jej dług obecnie wynosi 42 mln złotych. Taką kwotę w ratowanie szpitala ma wnieść spółka skarbu państwa – Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu. Stawia jednak warunek, którym jest wdrożenie planu naprawczego. Jego elementem są zwolnienia grupowe. Na te nie zgadzają się związki zawodowe, które rozpoczęły procedurę sporu zbiorowego. Jutro kończy się pierwszy etap negocjacji. Jak mówi Arkadiusz Błaszczyk wiceprzewodniczący związku lekarzy – związkowcy przygotowali swoją propozycję dużo mniejszych zwolnień. Finał negocjacji odbędzie się dzisiaj po południu. Jak powiedział nam prezes szpitala Krzysztof Czerskas – jest szansa na porozumienie Jeśli nie dojdzie do porozumienie – związki zawodowe zapowiadają eskalację konfliktu i protesty.
