W Rumi zakończono konsultacje w sprawie rewitalizacji Zagórza
W Rumi zakończono konsultacje społeczne w sprawie rewitalizacji Zagórza – projektu wartego w sumie 17 mln zł, na który samorząd pozyskał unijne dofinansowanie. Zmienić ma się szczególnie rejon ulic: Kombatantów i Sabat oraz Wzgórze Markowca, gdzie ma stanąć m.in. wieża widokowa.
– Wszystkie pomogą nam w przygotowaniu projektu rewitalizacji – mówi burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
W rozstrzygniętym w lipcu konkursie na koncepcję rewitalizacji Zagórza położono nacisk na zagospodarowanie zieleni i rozbudowę stref rekreacyjnych. Mieszkańcy dzielnicy postulują też o utworzenie alternatywnych dróg przez dzielnicę i modernizacji starych, wciąż ogrzewanych piecami budynków. Ostatnie uwagi mieszkańców Zagórza zebrano na zamykającym konsultacje spotkaniu w miejskim ratuszu. Na inwestycje w Zagórzu miasto pozyskało prawie 10 mln zł dofinansowania. Prace mają ruszyć w przyszłym roku.
