W Rumi wmurowano akt erekcyjny pod budowę nowej siedziby Ogniska Wychowawczego
W Rumi powstaje nowa siedziba Ogniska Wychowawczego im. Kazimierza Lisieckiego “Dziadka”. Wmurowano już kamień węgielny.
Placówka ma się przeprowadzić na ulicę Ślusarską z dzielnicy Janowo. Ma to związek z planami inwestycyjnymi miasta. Rumia potrzebuje zajmowanej przez Ognisko działki przy przystanku SKM do budowy węzła integracyjnego.
– Wymieniliśmy się gruntami z powiatem wejherowskim, na czym obie strony skorzystały – mówi burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
Dzieci na tej zmianie skorzystają, bo w nowej siedzibie będą miały lepsze warunki. Powstaną też boiska, siłownia zewnętrzna i plac zabaw. Mówi starosta powiatu wejherowskiego Gabriela Lisius. Do nowej siedziby przeniosą się także podopieczni z wejherowskiej filii Ogniska Wychowawczego. Budowa będzie kosztować 5 mln 300 tys zł, sfinansuje ją samorząd powiatu wejherowskiego. W pierwszym etapie do września przyszłego roku mają powstać dwa budynki.
