W Rumi niewielkie zainteresowanie konsultacjami do budżetu obywatelskiego
9 osób skorzystało wczoraj z porad podczas konsultacji do budżetu obywatelskiego w Rumi. Miejski samorząd przed rozpoczęciem naboru wniosków chciał przypomnieć zasady i pomóc w wypełnieniu formalności.
Spodziewano się większej frekwencji, bo w ubiegłym roku mieszkańcy Rumi pytań mieli bardzo dużo. Wtedy jednak konsultacje odbywały się już w czasie przyjmowania projektów – mówiła Hanna Szymońska z Urzędu Miasta Rumi. Uczestnicy konsultacji pytali przede wszystkim o zagadnienie, na którym w poprzednich edycjach poległo najwięcej projektów na etapie weryfikacji formalnej – jak prawidłowo skonstruować kosztorys. Przy projektach inwestycyjnych wartość proponowanego zadania nie może przekroczyć 200-u tys. zł, na sprawy społeczne – jak zajęcia rekreacyjne, warsztaty plenerowe czy koncerty – obowiązuje limit 50. tys. zł.
Urząd Miejski w Rumi planuje zorganizować kolejne konsultacje tegorocznej edycji budżetu obywatelskiego – ich termin zostanie ogłoszony na jego internetowej stronie. W puli do podziału jest półtora mln złotych. Nabór wniosków potrwa od 3 do 28 kwietnia.
