W Rumi czekają na krwiodawców w tę niedzielę
W Rumi w tę niedzielę czekają na krwiodawców. Odbędzie się tam akcja „Podaruj nadzieję, podaruj życie, podaruj krew”.
– Pobranie krwi nie jest bolesne i trwa tylko chwilę – zachęcają władze miasta. Zbiórka odbędzie się w Rumi Janowie. Wolontariusze będą czekać na chętnych do wsparcia potrzebujących swoją krwią w NZOZ „Panaceum” przy Katowickiej 16. Akcja potrwa od 09:00 do 14:00, odbędzie się 15 stycznia.
Krwiodawca powinien być zdrowy i pełnoletni – należy zabrać ze sobą dowód tożsamości. Można się wcześniej przygotować – dobrze wyspać, zjeść lekki posiłek. Warto pamiętać, że już dzień wcześniej nie należy pić alkoholu, a 2 godziny przed oddaniem krwi obowiązuje zakaz palenia.
