Zabłysły nowe gwiazdy w Alei Zasłużonych Ludzi Morza
W Rewie w gminie Kosakowo zabłysły trzy nowe gwiazdy w Alei Zasłużonych Ludzi Morza.
– To ludzie którzy poświęcili Bałtykowi całe swoje życie – mówi Prezes Zarządu Krajowego Związku Piłsudczyków, Stanisław Śliwa.
Uhonorowano kapitana żeglugi wielkiej, wykładowcę Wyższej Szkoły Morskiej i rybaczkę. Tablice są w Aleję wmurowywane już od 12 lat. – Honorujemy ludzi z bardzo różnych środowisk – mówi wójt gminy Kosakowo, Jerzy Włudzik. Uhonorowany w tym roku gwiazdą kapitan Zygmunt Deyczakowski odznaczony m. in. Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi brał czynny udział w walkach podczas II wojny światowej.
Inżynier Ildefons Piotrowski, wykładowca Wyższej Szkoły Morskiej wyszkolił setki studentów i zredagował dziesiątki podręczników z zakresu mechaniki okrętowej. Waleria Szulc była drugą kobietą w Mechelinkach która decyzją Morskiego Urzędu Rybackiego w Gdyni otrzymała książeczkę przybrzeżnego rybaka łodziowego i z powodzeniem przez kilkadziesiąt lat uprawiała rybołówstwo. Wspomina Ildefonsa Piotrowskiego jego córka, Maria Łyżwińska. W Alei Zasłużonych Ludzi Morza w Rewie jest już 36 gwiazd.
