W Pucku wdrożono nowy sposób komunikacji z mieszkańcami
Działanie rozpoczął portal internetowy, który umożliwia mieszkańcom zgłaszanie nieprawidłowości dotyczących np. wad w miejskiej infrastrukturze.
Szczegóły tłumaczy Agnieszka Siebert – sekretarz Pucka. To mieszkańcy Pucka zgłaszali potrzebę lepszego kontaktu z ratuszem, a pomysł stworzenia platformy zaproponowała burmistrz Hanna Pruchniewska – dodaje sekretarz. System umożliwia komunikację zwrotną z mieszkańcami, dzięki temu że nie jest anonimowy. Do zgłoszenia wystarczy podpiąć swoje dane kontaktowe. Jak informuje sekretarz Agnieszka Siebert – mimo, że portal uruchomiono kilka dni temu, to już cieszy się dużym zainteresowaniem. Ze „Zgłoszeń Dla Mieszkańców” skorzystać można poprzez stronę internetową lub aplikację na smartfony, którą znajdziemy pod adresem www.miastopuck.pl.
Korzystającym z mobilnej wersji systemu przesyłane będą dodatkowo informacje o utrudnieniach w ruchu, wywozie odpadów czy wydarzeniach kulturalnych. Co najważniejsze pomysł mimo swojej nazwy nie jest adresowany tylko do mieszkańców Pucka, ale każdego kto aktywnie uczestniczy w życiu miasta.
